KOTA KINABALU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT : TERMINAL 1

An entry point to Sabah, the Kota Kinabalu International Airport(KKIA) is second busiest airport in Malaysia after  Kuala Lumpur International Airport.With Sabah being the most beautiful state in Malaysia, arrivals of foreign tourists  have  highly contributed to  the  volume of passengers at KKIA every year. In the year 2012, KKIA received   5,848,135 total number of passengers.

Located at 8km from Kota Kinabalu city, the newly extended airport is  of modern state of the art design with 64 check in counters and 12 aerobridges.KKIA consist of Terminal 1 for Malaysia Airline System   domestic and international flights  and Terminal 2 serving for domestic and  low cost carriers.

First Floor.
Office area.Malaysia Airline System is among the office located on this secrion.

Second Floor
This is the depature hall section.Bank, restaurants and retail oulets are available on this section .
